Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from The Home Holiday's online store are shipped worldwide via DHL Express.

Shipping is free for all orders above $150 USD. If your order is below $150 USD shipping is a flat $10 USD charge.

The estimated delivery times provided are for reference only and do not account for potential delays caused by payment authorisation, stock availability, or customs procedures. Each order is dispatched from our warehouse in Bali, Indonesia.

Delivery Times by Country:
Australia*: 2-4 business days 
USA and Europe: 2 - 4 business days
Rest of the World: 1 - 8 business days

*Please note this is indicative of a metropolitan address. If your address is considered a regional address this may take an additional 3-4 business days.

Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed within the following hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day. Please note that no shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your order at any time on dhl.com.

Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy

If you would like to return any of the items you have received, The Home Holiday offers a 14-day return policy for refund to the original payment method or store credit. This is valid from the day that you received your parcel.

RETURNS PROCESS FOR AUSTRALIA AND USA CUSTOMERS
  • Following submission of your return request, The Home Holiday will issue a prepaid return label. 

  • To accomodate for return shipping and restocking The Home Holiday deducts $12.00 USD from the total original amount.

  • The merchandise must be returned in the EXACT condition, with the returns tag still assigned, in order to receive a refund or credit. Products returned that are not in exact condition as shipped will be returned to sender. Products returned that feature deodorant marks, make-up residue, heavy perfume or pet hair will be automatically returned back to sender.
  • Items listed on SALE are final sale items and are not eligible to be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different item.

  • All accessories are final sale and not eligible to be returned for refund unless faulty or damaged. 

The Home Holiday monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior. 

The Home Holiday reserves the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

RETURNS PROCESS FOR NON-AUSTRALIA AND USA CUSTOMERS

For customers not based in Australia or the USA you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except in the case of faulty goods. Shipping costs are non​-refundable except in the case of faulty goods.

RETURN PROCESS

To make a return, please lodge your request by emailing hi@thehomeholiday.com with the subject title "Return Request Order [Order Number]".

Once your return has been approved a prepaid return label will be issued. Please drop-off the parcel at any nearest Australia Post, USPS, UPS or FedEx facility depending on where you are located.

Once your return has arrived at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. The Home Holiday will issue a tracking number to monitor the progress of your return shipment.

 

The Home Holiday has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship the product(s) back to us for a refund.

Any claim regarding the delivery of the product(s) must be made within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, tags, etc.

Any parcels returned after the specified timeframe will be rejected and returned to the sender. We do not accept cash on delivery returns for any reason. The sender is responsible for the costs and risks associated with the return of the product(s).

To qualify for a return, the product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, with the attached label, not worn, and accompanied by all accessories.

Please ensure that all products are in the same condition as when you received them, with the tag and seal still attached. For shoes, try them on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them. Products that come in their own box must be returned in the original undamaged box.

The refund will not include the return shipping costs (the return shipment costs will be deducted from the refund).

The Home Holiday does not currently offer exchanges. We are working on providing this service in the near future. If you wish to exchange please proceed with returning your item and once received and refunded issue an order of the desired size.
