Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
If you would like to return any of the items you have received, The Home Holiday offers a 14-day return policy for a refund to the original payment method or store credit. This period is valid from the day you receive your parcel.
Returns Process for All Customers
To request a return, please email hi@thehomeholiday.com with the subject line: "Return Request Order [Order Number]". Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions including the return address.
Please note: We do not supply prepaid return labels. All customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
A $12.00 USD restocking fee will be deducted from the total original amount on all approved returns.
Return Conditions

The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached (including the returns tag).

Products returned with deodorant marks, make-up residue, perfume, or pet hair will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Returns will be denied if the item does not meet our return policy requirements.

Sale items and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return unless the item is faulty or damaged.
The Home Holiday monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or return behavior.
Refund Processing
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus the $12.00 USD restocking fee). You will receive a confirmation once your refund has been processed.
